Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches and seasonal activities.
- Coordinate with Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Content and E-commerce teams for campaign requirements.
- Support retail stores with promotional materials, displays, branding and marketing requirements.
- Coordinate Focus Product campaigns, store promotions and sales-support activities.
- Coordinate events, exhibitions, activations and other promotional activities.
- Manage vendors for printing, branding, fabrication and promotional materials, including quotation collection and comparison.
- Coordinate distribution and maintain inventory of marketing and promotional materials.
- Support new store/counter openings, relocations and other operational requirements.
- Coordinate courier, logistics, travel and other day-to-day administrative/operational requirements.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research and share observations with Management.
- Assist HR with recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, CV screening,



interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups when required.
- Assist with joining documentation and onboarding coordination for recent employees.
- Follow up with stores, vendors and internal teams to ensure activities are completed within agreed timelines.
- Maintain marketing, operations and recruitment trackers and supporting documentation.
- Prepare regular updates on completed, ongoing and pending activities.
- Perform other marketing, HR coordination and operational responsibilities assigned by Management.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Marketing, Operations, Business Coordination or a similar role.
- Experience in Retail, FMCG, Perfumes & Cosmetics, Beauty, Fashion or Consumer Goods preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
