About the Role :

What You'll Work On
- Analyze business performance, user behavior, and operational metrics across multiple products.
- Partner with Product, Growth, Operations, and Leadership teams to support strategic decision-making.
- Build dashboards and reports to track key business KPIs and performance trends.
- Identify business opportunities, inefficiencies, and growth levers using data.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into structured analytical frameworks.




- Drive process improvement initiatives backed by data and insights.
- Support forecasting, planning, and performance reviews across teams.
- Present recommendations and business insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

Business Analysis & Insights
- Analyze large datasets using SQL and Excel to uncover actionable business insights.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand user behavior, revenue drivers, operational performance, and growth opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and measurable outcomes.
- Support decision-making through structured problem-solving and data-backed recommendations.

Dashboarding & Reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
- Define, track, and monitor key business and product metrics.
- Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency.
