We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Consultants to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are interested in travel, tourism, sales, and customer service.

As a Travel Consultant, you will assist customers in planning their trips, recommending suitable travel packages, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth booking experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable destinations, packages, and itineraries.
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Assist with flight, hotel, holiday package, and other travel-related bookings.
- Prepare and explain travel itineraries and package details to customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Maintain accurate customer and booking records.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, tour operators, and other travel partners.
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the trip.




- Meet assigned sales and booking targets.

Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Any graduate in Travel & Tourism qualification is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
- Strong customer-service and convincing skills.
- Willingness to learn about destinations, travel products, and booking systems.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Candidates with a passion for travel and sales are preferred.
