Role Description

The Co-Founder role is a full-time, in office position based in Mumbai, focused on driving the growth and strategic direction of ComplianceHQ.

equity-led founding opportunity
. At the initial stage,
there will be no fixed salary
. The Co-Founder will receive
substantial equity in the company

reflecting the importance of the role and the long-term commitment expected from a founding team member.
A salary will be introduced once the company starts generating sustainable revenue.

The role involves shaping the product vision, prioritizing features, and collaborating closely with engineering and design to deliver an AI-native compliance platform that meets enterprise GRC needs.

The Co-Founder will engage directly with clients and prospects, lead sales conversations, refine value propositions, and develop go-to-market strategies in regulated industries. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing market and regulatory trends, conducting competitive research, and translating insights into business and product decisions.

The Co-Founder will also help build the founding team, establish operational processes, represent the company in investor and partner meetings, and contribute to building a strong, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
