Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the enterprise Product Master Data Management (
MDM
) platform

, ensuring seamless alignment and integration with downstream applications and source systems.
- Drive the complete product lifecycle
from conception through large-scale MDM implementation, data onboarding, migration,



and ongoing transformation programs.
- Act as the primary liaison
between executive business stakeholders, Data Governance, and Engineering teams to prioritize features, manage the agile backlog, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Spearhead
the strategic integration of AI/GenAI capabilities into the MDM platform to automate data profiling, Data Quality (DQ) rule development, and root-cause analysis.
- Establish enterprise-wide data quality frameworks and governance standards, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of product structures, SKUs, and classifications.
- Guide cross-functional teams in resolving high-impact product data issues, complex mapping challenges, and product hierarchy discrepancies.
- Partner closely with Data Governance leadership to define data ownership, global standards, and comprehensive data dictionaries.
