We are seeking motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executives to develop and grow PCB business in Indian. The successful candidates will be responsible for customer development, sales growth, account management, and coordination between customers and China-based manufacturing and technical teams.

Resposibilities:

· Develop new business opportunities and acquire potential customers in India.

· Manage the full sales cycle, including customer identification, requirement analysis, quotation follow-up, negotiation, and order execution.

· Serve as the primary contact for clients and understand their technical PCB requirements.

· Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market insights to headquarters to support strategic decision‑making.

· Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams.

Qualification & Requirement

· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred.

· 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in PCB, PCBA,



electronics manufacturing, semiconductor, EMS, or related industries.

· Valuable understanding of PCB manufacturing processes and electronics applications is preferred.

Skill Required

· Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

· Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

· Good English communication skills.

· Willingness to travel for customer visits.

· Basic knowledge of MS Excel

Salary Package & Benefits

· CTC: ₹4,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum (based on experience)
