Role Description
The Owner role is a full-time, in office position based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business associated with Essar Oil products and services. Day-to-day tasks include managing fuel retail operations, supervising staff, ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and customers. The Owner monitors financial performance, manages budgets,



and implements strategies to increase revenue and profitability. The role involves coordinating logistics, overseeing inventory levels, and ensuring equipment and facilities are properly maintained. The Owner also leads local marketing initiatives, resolves operational issues, and creates a work environment that supports teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Experience in business ownership, operations management, or supervisory roles, preferably in retail, fuel, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of basic finance and accounting principles, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue tracking.
- Understanding of safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements in fuel, oil, or industrial operations.
- Ability to lead and develop teams, with skills in staffing, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
