About the Role -

We are looking for an ambitious and result-oriented Relationship Manager with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in the Wealth Management industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-net-worth client portfolios, a understanding of investment products (Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF), and strong business development acumen. You will play a key role in growing our assets under management (AUM) and delivering personalized financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Proactively manage, retain, and deepen relationships with existing clients while serving as their primary point of contact for financial advisory.

Portfolio Advisory & Execution: Analyze client risk profiles, financial goals, and market trends to recommend tailored investment strategies across Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), and Alternative Investment Funds (AIF).

Business Development & AUM Growth: Actively acquire current High-Net-Worth Individual (HNI) and Ultra-HNI clients through networking, referrals, and strategic prospecting.





Portfolio Reviews: Conduct periodic, data-driven portfolio performance reviews and rebalancing for clients to ensure alignment with their financial goals.

Market Insights: Articulate complex financial concepts, market dynamics, and product mechanics to clients in a clear, persuasive manner.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with research, operations, and compliance teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and optimal service delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: 1 to 2 years of active experience in wealth management, private banking, or investment advisory.

Product Expertise: Knowledge of Mutual Funds (mandatory), along with knowledge of PMS, AIF, structured products.

Proven Track Record: History of handling client portfolios, achieving business targets, and managing client acquisition.

Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Business Ad
