Shamway Infra Developers Pvt. Ltd., a reputed name in the construction industry, is seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Site Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in overseeing building construction projects, with significant experience working on government projects.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day construction site operations.
- Ensure project execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site workers to ensure project timelines are met.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with government project standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Review and approve project drawings, BOQs, and other technical documentation.
- Resolve technical issues and address on-site challenges promptly.




- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 5-8 years of experience in civil site engineering, with a focus on government infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and legal regulations.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and leadership abilities.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus.
