We are looking for a Site Engineer to supervise and coordinate construction activities at our real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring site progress, ensuring quality and safety standards, and coordinating with contractors and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
- Monitor civil, structural, finishing, and other construction works.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants.
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to schedule.
- Prepare daily site reports and maintain project documentation.
- Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower and materials.




- Follow company safety procedures and construction standards.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager and other departments.

Requirements:
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 1–5 years of experience in real estate/construction projects preferred.
- Knowledge of residential building construction and finishing works.
- Good knowledge of construction drawings and site supervision.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites.
