Position: HR Intern
Location: Vijay Nagar, Indore
Work Mode: On-site
Duration: 3 Months
Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Stipend: ₹4,000 – ₹5,000 per month, based on the candidate’s profile and suitability

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern to join our in-house HR team. The intern will gain hands-on experience across recruitment, employee coordination, and day-to-day HR operations, while supporting the team in building and maintaining an efficient workplace.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing and screening candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and the internal team.
- Assist with follow-ups, interview feedback, and offer coordination.

HR Operations
- Support day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
- Assist with employee documentation and maintaining HR records..




- Support employee engagement and other HR initiatives.
- Coordinate with different teams for routine HR-related requirements.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable organizational and time-management abilities.
- Comfortable communicating with candidates and employees.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work on-site from Vijay Nagar, Indore, from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
