Role Description
The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Vishakhapatnam. This position is responsible for identifying and developing recent business opportunities with sports academies, teams, coaches, and individual athletes. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and outreach, conducting client meetings and presentations, and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.



The role involves collaborating with internal teams to tailor analytics and biomechanics solutions, preparing proposals and commercial offers, and tracking sales pipelines and performance metrics. The Business Development Manager will also monitor market trends in sports technology, participate in industry events, and contribute to strategic planning to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within sports, technology, or related service industries.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Comfort with data-driven conversations and an interest in sports analytics, performance metrics, or biomechanics services.
