Telecaller – Real Estate & Education Admissions

Location: Ganapathy, Coimbatore
Experience: 1–3 Years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 + Attractive Incentives

About the Company

We are a growing organization involved in Real Estate and Education Services. Our real estate division focuses on our own residential and commercial projects, while our education division assists students with admissions and counselling.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller who can confidently interact with customers, generate leads, and support both business divisions.

Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and students.
- Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
- Explain real estate projects, property details, and education programs.
- Schedule site visits, admission counselling sessions, and appointments.
- Maintain customer and student records in CRM.




- Build strong relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Admissions teams.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead conversion targets.

Candidate Requirements
- candidates with 1–3 years of experience in telecalling or customer support.
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Robust convincing, follow-up, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Real Estate, Education, or Customer Service is an added advantage.
