Key Responsibilities
✅ Handle inbound calls from international customers professionally

✅ Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable telecom solutions

✅ Explain telecom plans, pricing structures, and promotional offers

✅ Convert customer enquiries into successful sales opportunities

✅ Address customer concerns and objections effectively

✅ Achieve individual sales targets and performance metrics





✅ Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up details

✅ Deliver exceptional customer service and customer satisfaction

Desired Skills
✔️ 1–3 years of experience in Inbound Sales, Telecom Sales, or International Voice Process

✔️ Excellent verbal communication skills in English

✔️ Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation abilities

✔️ Customer-focused and target-oriented approach

✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced International BPO environment
