About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Trainer to train and improve our Demat Account Sales Team.

The trainer will be responsible for improving sales calls, objection handling, lead conversion, follow-ups, and closing. The role will also involve training the team to introduce relevant Stock Market courses to customers after Demat Account opening.

We are looking for someone with real sales experience, not just theoretical training knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular training for the Demat Sales Team.
- Train executives on sales pitches, call structure, and closing techniques.
- Improve sales scripts, opening pitches, probing questions, and follow-ups.
- Train the team on objection handling and rebuttals.
- Help executives improve Demat Account conversion.
- Train the team on cross-selling and upselling relevant courses.
- Conduct mock calls, role plays,



and practical sales exercises.
- Review sales calls and provide individual feedback.
- Identify performance gaps and create training plans.
- Conduct refresher training based on sales performance.
- Work with Sales Managers and Team Leaders to improve conversion and productivity.
- Track training performance through call quality, conversion rate, and sales KPIs.
- Keep the team updated on sales techniques, customer psychology, and market practices.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3 - 6 years of experience in Sales, Telesales, Inside Sales, or Sales Training.
- Experience in training and coaching sales teams.
- Robust knowledge of sales pitches, objection handling, negotiation, and closing.
- Good understanding of lead conversion and customer psychology.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong coaching and analytical skills.
