Job Description:
Siddharth Construction is looking for a skilled and motivated Site Engineer to manage and supervise construction activities at project sites in Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for executing work as per drawings, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site operations and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams
- Monitor material usage and control wastage
- Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
- Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation
- Handle site measurements, billing, and client coordination

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 2–5 years of experience in residential/commercial construction
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution
- Ability to read drawings and handle site independently
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in villa or residential projects
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and basic MS Excel
