Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize
Meta Ads and Google Ads

campaigns.
- Develop effective
campaign structures and audience strategies

.
- Understand and analyze
user behaviour and customer journeys

.
- Create and define
customer personas and target audiences

.
- Handle
LinkedIn Outreach and lead generation

.




- Monitor campaign performance and optimize
CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC and conversions

.
- Manage and coordinate campaigns for
multiple clients

.
- Handling both B2B and B2C clients
- Identify growth opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience

in Growth Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of
Meta Ads & Google Ads

.
- Experience in
LinkedIn Outreach

.
- Valuable understanding of
User Behaviour, Customer Persona, Campaign Analytics, Campaign Structure, and their optimization

.
- Ability to manage
multiple client accounts

.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
