Role & responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to onboarding, particularly for high-volume.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job specifications and manpower requirements.
- Provide feedback on the recruitment process and suggest improvements.
- Ensure hiring targets are met within set deadlines.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for high-volume hiring, sourcing candidates through various channels, screening and interviewing candidates to meet client needs, and coordinating with hiring managers and clients to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Required qualifications and skills
- Experience in high-volume or bulk recruitment.
- Should have done End to End Recruitment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment targets.
- An understanding of the domestic hiring landscape.
