About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Travel Nurse Recruiter to join our growing healthcare staffing team. This opportunity is for a motivated recruiter with proven experience in travel nursing recruitment and healthcare staffing.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience managing travel nurse pipelines,



and the ability to build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals across the United States.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified travel nurses nationwide
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates
- Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews
- Submit candidates to open assignments quickly and accurately
- Manage recruiter pipeline and candidate follow-ups
- Coordinate with compliance and credentialing teams
- Negotiate pay packages and assignment details
- Utilize ATS/CRM systems to maintain accurate records
- Meet weekly and monthly recruiting KPIs
- Maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess
- 2+ years of travel nurse recruiting experience required
- Previous healthcare staffing agency experience preferred
- Strong understanding of travel nursing processes and compliance
- Experience with ATS/CRM systems
