Key Responsibilities:

In Delhi & NCR region :-
- Appearance before Delhi Distt. Courts in Sec. 138 NI Act /Sec. 25 Act PSS Act matters and arrange for execution of BWs/NBWs issued in Sec. 138 NI Act matters
- SARFAESI Issuance of Demand Notice, Possession Notice (issuance & publication), filing of Section 14 Applications, defending Securitisation Applications filed by borrowers/third parties u/s 17, assisting in physical possession of properties, etc.
- Arrange for speedy disposal of repossessed properties /ensuring OTS with the Borrowers,
- Issuance of Loan Recall notices (across LOBs),
- Filing of Executions Petition before concerned local Courts,
- Execution of (i) Court Notices through process server, (ii) Warrants of attachment through Court Bailiff, (iii) Warrant of Arrest through local Police etc.




- Attachment of borrowers Bank Account and attachment of immovable properties through Execution process,
- Attending Lok Adalats at local level,
- Maintaining Legal MISs and ensure to share Legal MIS with various stakeholders,
- Procurement of documents from other departments, maintaining Legal Tracker for all in-hand tasks, liaising with external counsels/law firms and other authorities etc.

Experience

Upto 3 Years’ exp in handling Litigations

Good proficiency in Data handling, Microsoft Excel
