Role Overview

Drive integrated brand and digital marketing initiatives to strengthen brand equity, enhance customer and channel partner engagement, and support business growth across B2B and B2C segments. The role will own digital campaigns, content production, social media, product launches, and performance marketing while ensuring consistent brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand & Marketing
- Develop and execute integrated 360 marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Strengthen brand positioning across digital and offline touchpoints.
- Translate consumer and market insights into impactful marketing initiatives.
- Support brand-building across dealers, influencers, contractors, architects, and homeowners.

2. Digital Marketing
- Lead digital marketing across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google, and emerging platforms.
- Plan and manage paid media campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and lead generation.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools, and optimize media spend based on insights.
- Improve website traffic,



SEO, and overall digital visibility.

3. Content & Creative Production
- Own the annual content calendar and digital communication strategy.
- Lead the production of brand films, product videos, customer testimonials, reels, influencer videos, podcasts, and other digital assets.
- Coordinate with creative agencies, production houses, photographers, and designers to ensure high-quality content.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

4. Product Launches & GTM
- Plan and execute digital go-to-market campaigns for current product launches.
- Develop integrated launch campaigns covering digital, influencer, PR, and trade communication.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for timely campaign execution.

5. Influencer & Partnership Marketing
- Identify and manage influencer collaborations and strategic brand partnerships.
