E-Commerce Growth Associate
to join our team and lead the growth and profitability of our brands across digital platforms. As a key member of the growth team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies across E-Commerce Operations, Performance Marketing, Data Analytics & Insights, and Brand Growth to drive sustainable business impact.

Who Should Apply:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing,



or a related field (MBA not required)
2. Experience: Minimum 1+ years in e-commerce growth, digital marketing, or marketplace management.
3. Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and scaling e-commerce operations.
4. Hands-on experience with performance marketing platforms and marketplaces.
5. Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
