What We're Looking For

We are looking for a Senior ERP Functional / Finance Implementation Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Finance ERP implementation projects, not just ERP support. The ideal candidate should have worked on 10-15 large-scale end-to-end ERP implementation projects and possess a solid understanding of accounting and financial business processes.

Must-Have Skills
- Hands-on experience in Finance ERP implementation
- Expertise in SAP FI/CO, Oracle Financials, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Coupa, or similar ERP platforms
- Strong knowledge of:
- P2P (Procure to Pay)
- GL (General Ledger)
- AP (Accounts Payable)
- AR (Accounts Receivable)
- Asset Accounting
- Experience in:
- Business requirement gathering
- Gap analysis
- Functional specification documentation
- ERP configuration and integration
- UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
- User training and post-go-live support
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Excellent English communication skills and a professional personality

Preferred Background





IT/System Integration companies will be highly preferred.

- Lead and support end-to-end ERP finance implementation projects

- Configure finance modules and coordinate with technical teams
- Conduct testing, training, and deployment activities
- Provide post-go-live support and process optimization
- Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to deliver successful ERP solutions
