We are hiring for Production Supervisor Testing Operations with Siemens Smart Infrastructure, Navi Mumbai, across FAT and FRT operations.

Production Supervisor FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing)
• Location: Navi Mumbai
• Experience: 48 years
• Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering
• Experience in electrical panels, switchgear or power distribution testing
• Hands-on experience in FAT activities and testing procedures
• Knowledge of LV/MV systems and electrical testing equipment
• Exposure to EHS, PTW, WIS, HIRA & 5S
• Strong troubleshooting, team handling and documentation skills
• Responsible for supervising testing activities, allocating work and ensuring timely execution

Production Supervisor – FRT (Factory Routine Testing)
• Location: Navi Mumbai
• Experience: 5–8 years
• Qualification:



Diploma / Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering
• Experience in electrical panel, switchgear or power distribution testing
• Hands-on experience in FRT activities and routine testing
• Knowledge of LV/MV systems and testing equipment
• Exposure to EHS, PTW, WIS, HIRA & 5S
• Solid leadership, troubleshooting and documentation skills
• Responsible for supervising daily FRT activities, team allocation and testing output
