Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete Accounts Receivable (AR) and collection cycle from invoicing to payment realization.
- Monitor customer outstanding balances, AR aging, overdue invoices and collection status.
- Drive B2B collections and ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments.
- Follow up with customers through calls, emails, meetings, and collection correspondence.
- Own collection targets and work towards improving DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and cash flow.
- Prepare and review customer account statements, aging reports, collection reports, and MIS.
- Perform regular customer ledger reconciliation and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Billing, and Finance teams to resolve invoice, PO, GRN, service, rental-period and billing issues.
- Track disputed invoices and ensure timely resolution and payment closure.
- Maintain accurate records of customer commitments, payment promises, follow-ups, and escalation status.
- Identify high-risk and chronic overdue accounts and escalate them appropriately.
- Support credit control,



customer credit assessment, credit limits and payment terms.
- Ensure accurate application of customer receipts and timely allocation of payments.
- Monitor unapplied cash, debit/credit notes, deductions, short payments and TDS-related adjustments.
- Prepare weekly and monthly collection forecasts and provide management with actionable updates.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and customers for contract, rental, invoice, and payment-related issues.
- Assist with month-end and year-end AR closing and audit requirements.
- Develop and improve collection processes, controls, dashboards and reporting.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
