Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and develop commercial, industrial, and residential projects from conceptualization to completion.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and handover to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Job Requirements :
- 13-23 years of experience in architecture or interior design firm as a DGM/Associate Director/Senior Architect.
- Robust understanding of commercial, industrial, and residential township development projects.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
