Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end export and import operations from booking to final delivery.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, customs, CHA, transporters, and overseas agents.
- Handle documentation, customs clearance, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor shipments, resolve operational issues, and provide timely customer updates.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in export and import operations.
- Solid experience in both:
- Airport / Air Shipments
- Nhava Sheva / Sea Shipments
- Valid G Card Holder with hands-on customs-clearance experience at Airport and Nhava Sheva.
- Excellent knowledge of shipping procedures, documentation, customs, and INCOTERMS.
- Good communication, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software.

Mandatory
- G Card Holder is mandatory.
- Practical customs-clearance experience at both Airport and Nhava Sheva.
- 10+ years' relevant experience.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
