Job Title: Event Coordination Executive

Experience – 1 to 3 years

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage events from planning to execution, ensuring seamless delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent communication and timely updates.
- Maintain robust client relationships, understanding their requirements and providing personalized solutions.
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, managing timelines, vendors, and internal teams efficiently.
- Execute cold calling and lead generation to support event acquisition.
- Manage stressful situations calmly and professionally, ensuring smooth event operations.




- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure flawless event execution.
- Maintain records of client interactions, event details, and feedback for continuous improvement.

Required Candidate Profile:
- 1–3 years of prior experience in event coordination and handling, preferably within the event industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to manage stress and solve problems proactively.
- Proactive, client-focused, and results-driven mindset.
