We are looking for an energetic, friendly, and professional Front Desk & Membership Executive to join our team at Alpha Zone GYM. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for members and visitors, helping create a positive and welcoming gym environment while managing daily front desk operations smoothly.

Responsibilities
- Welcome members and visitors with a friendly attitude
- Handle member check-ins and gym inquiries
- Manage memberships, renewals, and registrations
- Assist with billing, payments, and basic record keeping
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Answer calls and respond to customer queries professionally
- Promote gym packages, offers, and fitness programs
- Coordinate with trainers and staff for smooth daily operations
- Resolve member concerns in a professional manner

Requirements




- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Friendly, confident, and well-presented personality
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Prior experience in reception, customer service, or gym front desk is a plus
- Passion for fitness and customer service
