Role Overview

As a Business Development Intern at THE CTC AGENCY, you will support the Business Development and Sales team in identifying potential clients, generating business leads, conducting outreach, and supporting the conversion of prospects into customers.

This role is designed for individuals who want to gain practical experience in B2B sales, lead generation, client acquisition, business communication, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients across relevant industries.
- Generate and qualify business leads through online research, databases, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Contact prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and other approved communication channels.
- Understand prospective clients' business requirements and identify suitable THE CTC AGENCY services.




- Assist Business Development Executives and Managers in client acquisition activities.
- Schedule meetings and product/service discussions with prospective clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospects.
- Update lead information, activities, and follow-up status in the assigned CRM/system.
- Assist in preparing basic proposals, quotations, presentations, and client communication.
- Support the team in achieving monthly lead-generation and business-development objectives.
- Maintain qualified communication and represent THE CTC AGENCY appropriately during client interactions.
- Learn and maintain knowledge of the company's services, solutions, and sales processes.
