Role Description
The Sales Agent role is a full time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The Sales Agent will engage with prospective and existing customers, present product and service offerings, and guide customers through the sales process. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, making outbound and inbound calls, conducting in-person meetings when required, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales activities. The role involves explaining insurance-related products (if applicable), answering customer queries, resolving issues in coordination with the customer service team,



and meeting individual and team sales targets. The Sales Agent will also participate in training sessions, stay updated on product knowledge and market trends, and collaborate with colleagues to improve sales strategies and customer experience.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact clearly, confidently, and professionally with customers and team members.
- Candidates should possess proven Customer Service abilities to handle inquiries, address concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales expertise, including lead generation, negotiation, closing techniques, and working toward defined sales targets.
