Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive with strong communication and customer-handling skills to drive jewellery sales, build customer relationships, and provide an excellent buying experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customers and understand their jewellery requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Present and explain jewellery collections, designs, gemstones, diamonds, and product features.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Generate sales through walk-in customers, leads, referrals, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and new customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate product and pricing information.




- Assist customers with product selection, customization, and order booking.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, and pending payments.
- Maintain customer details, sales records, and follow-up activities in CRM/ERP.
- Coordinate with inventory, billing, production, and dispatch teams for smooth order processing.
- Ensure proper display and handling of jewellery as per company security procedures.
- Support showroom events, exhibitions, promotions, and special sales activities.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on jewellery trends and collections.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, security guidelines, and ethical sales practices.
