About the Role

Star Estate is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in real estate sales, team handling and target achievement.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and motivate a team of real estate sales professionals.
- Set and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Drive the team towards maximum bookings and revenue generation.
- Monitor individual and team performance and take corrective actions where required.
- Guide team members through lead follow-ups, site visits, negotiations and closures.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, builders and channel partners.
- Train and mentor sales executives to improve their sales performance.




- Track daily sales activities, leads, site visits and conversions.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategies for business growth.
- Prepare and share regular performance reports with management.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales is mandatory.
- Previous experience as a Team Leader / Senior Sales Executive will be preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Solid knowledge of real estate sales and customer handling.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated and energetic.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
