Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing the complete bid lifecycle (RFP/RFI/RFQ to submission and closure).
- Strong exposure to Business Process Management (BPM/BPO) services.
- Experience managing bids across functions such as:
- Finance & Accounting (F&A;)
- Human Resources (HR)
- Procurement
- Shared Services / Business Process Management
- Strong Program Management and Stakeholder Management skills with the ability to drive bid deliverables across cross-functional teams.
- Positive understanding of commercials, pricing, and solutioning as part of the bid process.
