About the Role

As the Sales Leader for Rippling’s Payroll Product in India,



you will lead our next phase of hyper-growth as we scale our market presence from 1 to 10. In this role, you will lead an established, high-performing sales organization comprising Sales Managers, Account Executives, and SDRs.

Your primary responsibility will be scaling this revenue engine—developing frontline managers, optimizing GTM playbooks, and expanding our footprint across India. Whether joining as a Senior Manager or Director depending on the scope of your leadership experience, you will play a pivotal role in establishing Rippling Payroll as the dominant market leader in the region.

This role is based in Bangalore (3-day hybrid)
