We are seeking an experienced
Interior Designer (3+ years)
who combines creative design skills with solid commercial acumen. Beyond standard design capabilities, this role focuses heavily on client communication, sales collaboration, and accurate project cost estimation.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement:
Lead consultations to understand project briefs, functional needs, and budget limits. Translate client vision into actionable design concepts.
- Sales Alignment:
Partner with the sales team to deliver compelling design pitches, address client concerns, and help close project deals.
- Cost Estimation & BOQ:
Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ), material take-offs, and cost estimates for labor, FF&E;, and finishes. Ensure designs fit client budgets.




- Core Design:
Create spatial layouts, 2D working drawings (AutoCAD), and 3D renderings (SketchUp/3ds Max). Select materials and finishes.
- Site Coordination:
Conduct site measurements and coordinate with vendors and site teams to ensure design fidelity.

Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- 3+ years of experience in residential or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Excel, and 3D rendering software.
- Excellent client-facing presentation and negotiation skills.
