Job Title: Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Lead, Logistic Experience Preferred

Experience Required: 10+ Years (Oracle Fusion SCM Preferred)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Oracle Fusion SCM track and serve as the primary functional SME for Supply Chain processes.
- Manage and guide a team of SCM consultants in an AMS (Application Management Services) engagement.
- Drive incident, service request, problem management, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to provide functional solutions and ensure adherence to SLA commitments.
- Support governance meetings, status reporting, and client communications.

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud, including:
- Inventory Management
- Procurement
- Order Management
- Cost Management




- Supply Chain execution processes
- Proven experience leading Oracle Fusion AMS engagements.
- Good understanding of ITSM processes; ServiceNow experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion latest capabilities including:
- Redwood User Experience (UX)
- Embedded AI
- Oracle AI Agents
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and team mentoring skills.
- Ability to drive issue resolution, manage priorities, and ensure delivery excellence.
- Oracle Fusion SCM certifications.
- Experience working with global support teams and client-facing AMS engagements.
- Exposure to quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, testing, and adoption of current Fusion features.
