Business Development Executive:

We are hiring sales & marketing executives at Manyjobs, you'll be at the forefront of expanding our client base by engaging with small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). Your primary responsibility will be to pitch Manyjobs hiring solutions, onboard new clients, and ensure their success on our platform

Key Responsibilities:

· Client Engagement: Visit 10–15 clients daily to present hiring solutions.

· Market Insights: Share market trends and leads with your reporting manager.

· Objection Handling: Address concerns related to pricing, competition, and product fit.

· Solution Selling: Understand SMB client requirements and offer tailored recruitment solutions.

· Client Onboarding: Assist new clients in posting their first job on the platform.

· Lead Generation: Build organic leads through references and client satisfaction.

· Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador for Manyjobs in your region.

· Target Achievement: Work towards weekly and monthly revenue targets.

Requirements:

· Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales, preferably in HR Solutions,



BFSI, or Insurance sectors.

· Skills: Solid negotiation, lead generation, and interpersonal skills.

· Mobility: Must own a bike and possess a valid driving license, as the role involves extensive travel.

Performance Metrics:

· Daily Meetings: Minimum of 20 cold call meetings with HR and relevant stakeholders.

· Monthly Closures: Monthly assigned Target Closure.

· Update Customer Meeting interactions Daily

· Salary: Competitive base salary.

Education qualifications- Any Degree/PG MBA added Advantage
