About Role:

We are looking for dynamic, result-oriented Sales Managers to build and grow our corporate business in Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Pune.

This is primarily a new business acquisition role, focused on identifying and converting large corporates,



MNCs and high-potential enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new corporate and enterprise clients.
- Build relationships with decision-makers across HR, Procurement, Marketing, Admin and Corporate Communications.
- Generate opportunities through market mapping, networking, referrals, outbound prospecting and client meetings.
- Present Ideacraft's merchandise, gifting and technology-enabled solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle — Prospecting → Discovery → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure.
- Build large accounts with recurring and annual business potential.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and revenue forecast through CRM.
- Coordinate with internal sourcing, design, technology and operations teams for client solutions.
