UDS Architects LLP is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.

Location: One Lodha Place, Lower Parel (West), Mumbai
Working Hours: 9:30 AM–6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday–Saturday | 4th Saturday Off
Employment Type: Full-Time | 3–6 Months
Stipend: Competitive

Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, WorkIndia, and other platforms
- Search, review, and shortlist suitable profiles
- Conduct initial screening calls and collect candidate details
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, feedback, and joining
- Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and active talent pipelines
- Assist with job postings, offers, joining, and onboarding
- Support the HR team with documentation and daily HR activities

Requirements




- Graduate or pursuing graduation in HR, Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & Google Sheets
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Freshers are welcome to apply
