Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Inside Sales Executive who is confident in sales conversations, solid at lead conversion, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

The role involves handling inbound leads, understanding learner requirements, counselling prospects, conducting follow-ups, and converting leads into course enrollments.

This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role, where you will independently manage your assigned leads, sales pipeline, follow-ups, and monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities





Handle inbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

Understand the learner's career goals and recommend suitable Protrainy programs.

Conduct effective sales counselling and product/course demonstrations where required.

Follow up consistently with prospective learners and move leads through the sales funnel.

Handle customer objections and negotiate effectively to close enrollments.

Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

Maintain accurate lead details, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.

Prioritize leads and independently manage the sales pipeline.

Track personal performance and take corrective action to improve conversion rates.

Coordinate with Customer Success, Operations, and other teams for a smooth enrollment experience.

Maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing learners to encourage referrals and repeat enrollment
