Job Objective

The primary responsibility of this role is to maximize patient acquisition by managing the complete lead journey—from advertisement to clinic visit and treatment conversion.

The ideal candidate should be an expert in paid advertising, CRM management, marketing automation, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization.

Responsible for:

2. Lead Generation

Generate high-quality leads for:
- Infertility
- IVF Support
- PCOS
- Infertility
- Panchakarma
- Women's Health
- Ayurveda Consultation

Target KPIs:
- Increase Lead Volume
- Improve Lead Quality
- Reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL)
- Improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
