Responsibilities:
- Responsible for account planning & scouting business opportunities.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategy aligned with Elektrobit’s global objectives for India and ASEAN markets.
- Maintain customer intimacy & organize senior executive meetings. Build relationships with customer decision-makers and technical influencers.
- Build & manage sales pipeline & responsible for revenue commitment/forecasting
- Responsible for achieving or exceeding regional revenue targets
- Identify and acquire current business opportunities with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and ecosystem partners.
- Drive revenue growth for Elektrobit’s product portfolio — including middleware, AUTOSAR, infotainment, and SDV software offerings.
- Provide strategic market intelligence, including competitive trends, customer roadmaps, and regulatory developments.
- Contribute regional input towards global key account strategies where applicable.
- Collaborate with engineering, delivery, and Solution & Portfolio teams to translate customer needs into tailored software solutions.




- Provide inputs for contract negotiations, RFP responses, and long-term engagement planning.
- Represent Elektrobit at industry conferences, customer technology days, and innovation forums to elevate regional brand presence.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electronics, Computer Science, or related field); MBA or equivalent business qualification is highly preferred.
- 9 to 12 years of experience in enterprise sales or business development in the automotive software domain.
- Proven track record in middleware, AUTOSAR, infotainment, connectivity, or SDV-related solutions.
- Strong background in strategic account management and solution-based selling to OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers in India and ASEAN.
- Excellent understanding of the automotive software value chain, from embedded systems to connected vehicle ecosystems.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
