Salesforce Solution Architect
to lead enterprise-scale
Salesforce Service Cloud & Agentforce
implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end Salesforce solution & technical architecture
- Design scalable
Service Cloud, Case Management & Omni-Channel
solutions
- Architect
Agentforce / AI-powered service experiences
- Define data models, security, sharing & integration architecture
- Design integrations using
REST/SOAP, MuleSoft & event-driven patterns
- Guide development teams on
Apex, LWC, Flows & platform best practices
- Drive architecture governance, technical reviews and solution sign-offs
- Own performance, scalability, security, DevOps and CI/CD considerations
- Collaborate with clients, architects,



BAs and delivery teams

Salesforce Service Cloud | Agentforce | Apex | LWC | Flows | Omni-Channel | Data Modeling | Security & Sharing | REST/SOAP | MuleSoft | Platform Events | Salesforce DevOps/CI-CD

Ideal Candidate:
Strong Salesforce architecture experience with hands-on
