We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled Senior Optical Fitter / Lens Fitting Technician who can handle high-value luxury eyewear with exceptional precision, care, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform precision lens fitting and mounting across premium and luxury eyewear.
- Handle lens edging, cutting, beveling, buffing and polishing with high accuracy.
- Ensure accurate lens alignment, centering, fitting and finishing as per frame specifications.
- Expertise in fitting lenses into metal, acetate, rimless,



semi-rimless and premium designer frames.
- Handle frame adjustments, repairs, alignment and restoration with minimum risk to luxury eyewear.
- Identify and manage lens scratches, fitting marks, chipping and finishing imperfections and take appropriate corrective action.
- Perform final quality checks for lens fit, alignment, cosmetic finish and overall presentation.
- Work with different lens materials, designs, coatings and premium lens specifications.
- Read and understand lens/frame specifications and ensure accurate execution.
- Handle delicate and high-value eyewear with exceptional care and craftsmanship.
- Maintain tools, equipment and the fitting workstation to professional standards.
- Coordinate with the showroom and sales team to ensure timely completion of customer orders and repairs.
- Ensure every finished pair meets GEM OPTICIANS’ luxury quality standards before delivery.
