Role Description
The SQL Database Administrator is a full time role based in Ahmedabad with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home flexibility. In this role, the professional will manage, maintain,



and optimize SQL databases that support HummingBird’s AI-driven talent platform, ensuring performance, reliability, and security. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring database health, performing backups and recovery, managing user access, and overseeing replication and high-availability configurations. The SQL Database Administrator will collaborate with engineering and product teams to design and implement database structures, troubleshoot performance and connectivity issues, and support release cycles and data migrations. The role also involves implementing best practices, documenting procedures, and contributing to continuous improvement of the data infrastructure.
