Position: Business Development Sales Executive
Location: Maidan
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Office Time: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Sales Executive to generate recent business opportunities for our interior design projects. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, meeting them at their offices and residences, understanding their interior project requirements, and converting leads into successful projects.

Preferred Industry Background

Candidates with experience in any of the following industries are preferred:
- Interior Design / Interior Consultancy
- Consultant Industry
- Plywood Industry
- Paint Industry
- Building Materials Industry

Key Job Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients looking for interior design projects.
- Meet prospective clients at their offices and residences to understand their requirements.
- Generate new leads and develop strong client relationships.




- Understand client requirements, budget, and project expectations.
- Coordinate with the internal design and project teams to prepare suitable proposals.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into projects.
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Build and maintain a strong network of potential clients and business contacts.
- Prepare regular updates and reports on leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition preferred.
- Candidates from Consultant, Plywood, Paint, Building Materials, or Interior-related industries are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Confident in meeting clients at their offices and residences.
