About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and engaging Math Tutor to conduct in-person classes for children in Bellandur, Bangalore. The ideal candidate should enjoy working with kids and be able to make mathematics engaging, practical, and easy to understand.

The role involves helping students strengthen their mathematical fundamentals, develop problem-solving abilities, and build confidence in mathematics through structured and interactive learning.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging in-person mathematics classes for children.
- Teach concepts according to the student's age, level, and learning requirements.
- Strengthen fundamentals in arithmetic, algebra, geometry, logical reasoning, and other relevant areas.
- Use practical examples, activities, puzzles, and problem-solving exercises to make classes interactive.
- Identify students' strengths and areas that require improvement.




- Encourage children to think independently rather than simply memorizing formulas.
- Develop students' logical thinking, analytical ability, calculation skills, and problem-solving approach.
- Provide homework, practice exercises, and regular feedback.
- Track student progress and communicate important observations to parents.
- Maintain a positive, patient, and encouraging learning environment.
- Adapt teaching methods based on individual learning styles and abilities.
- Help students prepare for school examinations, competitions, and advanced mathematical challenges where applicable.

Candidate Profile
- Strong command of mathematics.
- Previous experience teaching children/students is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, friendly, and approachable personality.
- Ability to explain difficult concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Passion for teaching and working
