Role Description
The Senior Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar,



responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of retail and/or institutional clients. This position involves understanding clients’ financial goals, recommending suitable investment products from HDFC securities’ comprehensive offerings, and ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction. The role includes regular client meetings, portfolio reviews, and proactive communication to address queries, provide market updates, and identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities. The Senior Relationship Manager collaborates with internal teams to ensure seamless account opening, transaction processing, and issue resolution, while adhering to regulatory and company compliance standards. The role also requires tracking sales performance, achieving set targets, and contributing to local business development initiatives.
