We are looking for a highly driven business development manager who will lead college partnerships, on-ground activations, and student acquisition initiatives. This role is focused on building strong relationships with educational institutions, creating visibility for company's programmes, and driving admissions through field-driven efforts.

This is a frontline, high-impact role requiring travel, ownership, and solid execution capability.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage partnerships with colleges, universities, and educational institutions
- Collaborate with academic leaders to introduce comany programs within campuses
- Plan and execute seminars, workshops, and on-campus presentations to generate student interest
- Drive student enrollments through on-ground engagement and relationship building
- Lead BTL activities such as roadshows, activations, and local outreach campaigns
- Represent company at education expos, events, and career fairs
- Identify new partnership opportunities and expand institutional network
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, academic,



operations) for seamless execution of campaigns and events
- Track leads generated through activities and ensure conversion into admissions.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including college management, placement cells, and student communities
- Conduct workshops, seminars, roadshows, and BTL activities to generate awareness and drive enrolments.

Must-Have Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, institutional sales, or education partnerships
- Proven experience in college tie-ups, field sales, or BTL activations
- A strong network within colleges, universities, or education ecosystems is a big advantage
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
